Tutors acts on behalf of tutors who specialise in personal
tuition. When a client (a student or a parent) contacts
us, we discuss with them what help is needed. If tuition
is the answer (it may not be, and we would say so), we
decide which of our tutors can give the necessary help.
We check that the tutor and the student both can be available
at the same time. When we are sure that tuition can go
ahead, we write to the client and the tutor confirming
the arrangements. Once tuition starts, the tutor is the
person the client deals with, day to day, not North Somerset
Tutors. We are always there in the background, however,
to provide any support the client or the tutor might need.
